The Challenge

Avala is one of the newest business quarters located in Tallinn, Estonia. With office spaces spread over its 16-storey building (with another one coming in 2022), a parking for nearly 850 vehicles has been built. It covers the parking needs of both the tenants and its visitors.

The Solution

The solution consists of three entrances and exits. In addition to the parking system, we delivered a vehicle counting solution, which consists of eight counting points, combined with informative LED displays which provide customers with up-to-date information regarding availability of free parking spots.

The Result

The Entringo vehicle parking and access system allows the real-estate developer, Kaamos Kinnisvara, to manage parking for contracted tenants and guests in several parking garages in the business quarter. All access rights are managed through a centrally managed Entringo platform.
